Abstract: This action research has two purposes. The one is to demonstrate that basic work skills are improved by a support method based on experiential learning theory and causality formation of an action-result . The other is to find more effective and more systematic support knowledge by evaluating practice activities. 2 male university students were trained for improving basic work skills by using check sheets based on the support method. As a result, it was confirmed that the support method improved basic work skills. As an effective support, it was important that experienced person advises to resolve a stagnation of experiential learning. And generalization and abstraction of causality were also important to make personal theories for work. It is thought that the causality formation is higher-order process than the experiential learning, because the causality has begun to be formed through experiential learning.
